What Is Your Return Policy?
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Freedivenspear Shop.

Our products are custom made to order / not sold on trial basis and are therefore; non-returnable (all sales are final).

Cancellation and full refund of an order can only be made within the initial 24 hours after the order was placed and only in case it was not yet processed and handed to our carrier.
What If I Get The Wrong Size?
Our product sizing is very accurate; you can ensure that you order the right size for you by following our sizing guides below, which are also available on each product page.
Nevertheless in case size adjustment is required, as long as the item is in new condition, we will make the adjustment or exchange with no additional costs however you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs of the item to our workshop and back to your address.

How Do I Return An Item For Size Adjustment?

Please contact our Customer Support team in order to arrange the return, adjustment and round-trip shipping of the item.

 

What If An Item Is Faulty?

Please contact our Customer Support team in order to arrange for a replacement of the faulty item under our product or shipping warranty;

Shipping Damages or Wrong / Missing Item
Claims for wrong / missing item or shipping damages must be made within seven days of recepit of your order. In case of shipping damage or wrong item, please include clear photos of the received item portraying the fault / damage together with the original packaging.
Faulty Items
In case an item develops a fault during use, please include clear photos of the item portraying the fault / damage together with a brief description of how and when it occured.
